Munich, Germany: Brad Dalke continued his remarkable week at the BMW International Open with a brilliant six-under-par 66 in Friday’s second round. The American moved to nine under overall, leaving him one stroke behind the leaders heading into the weekend on the DP World Tour.

Dalke, making his DP World Tour debut through a sponsor invitation, has become one of the tournament’s biggest stories. After opening with a three-under 69, he improved by three shots in the second round and stayed firmly in the title race at Golfclub München Eichenried.

“I didn’t come into the tournament with any expectations. I wanted to enjoy the week, and playing this well has made it even more special.”

Dalke also admitted that nerves were part of the experience, especially in the opening stages of the tournament. Still, he believes competing in front of large crowds is something he has always enjoyed.

“There are always nervous moments when you’re competing against great players, but those are the opportunities every golfer wants. I’m enjoying every minute of it.”

Dalke’s strong start has attracted attention across the golf world, especially because this is his first DP World Tour appearance. His accurate iron play, confident putting and calm approach have helped him remain among the tournament’s top performers through the opening two rounds.
