Alex Hughes, the son of football legend and former United manager Mark Hughes, has died at the age of 38. The reason for death, according to the coroner, was sudden adult death syndrome. Alex was discovered unconscious at his Macclesfield, Cheshire, home on June 19. Despite the quick response of emergency services, he could not be saved.
